Erin Laschinger

Erin is a Minnesota native and a graduate of The University of West Florida. She worked her way through college as an assistant to a real estate broker and has been selling homes as a licensed Realtor for the past 10+ years. Erin is a licensed Realtor in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Florida. She also owns and manages her personal investment properties. While Erin has a degree in Business Marketing and Management, she focuses on real estate and pours all her energy into providing her clients with the best service possible. Erin's clients come first and they know it. She never looses sight of the fact that buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience if not handled properly. Her three favorite tools to de-stress any real estate transaction are professionalism, reliability and honesty. Erin's clients appreciate being involved every step of the way as their sale moves forward. We work together to get to the closing table. When not selling real estate, Erin loves to downhill ski, scuba dive, fish, mountain bike, wakeboard, and ride dirt bikes.
