When showing my home, advance notification was always given so preparation for leaving the house in a neat, orderly fashion was greatly appreciated. In addition, Erin regularly followed up by asking the showing realtor for feedback about how their client liked my house. I was always informed about a potential buyer's feeling for the home including such things as condition, color schemes and anything else a potential buyer might offer was conveyed to me.

 | “After our father passed away, we had a daunting task of dealing with his passing, as well and trying to figure out what to do with his home he had living in almost 50 years. We hired Erin to come out and talk to us about selling his home. She was great to work with, and understood that our situation was an emotional one. This was our childhood home we had grew up in, and shared many good memories. After a long discussion, we came up with a price, knowing it may be a difficult sale due to the condition of the home. Erin also said she would talk to some of her contacts that renovated homes for a living. The following week, Erin called and said she had someone interested in looking at the home to fix up. After the showing, she promptly gave us feedback, and a few days later she had an offer for us. We countered the offer and ended up selling the home for the price we wanted. By selling it to the renovators, we no longer had to spend hours cleaning, painting, sanding floors, replacing window, etc. (It was already hard enough with his passing.) We sold the home and the buyers “restored” the home. After the restoration, Erin even took us back through for a tour! It was nice to see they had used much of the original flooring, fixtures, and tile.
